THE PROCESS

  This process can be broken down into five phases. Depending on the size and scope of the project, each phase has its own set of challenges.

 covers all of the steps you must take before a project  begins. 

 2. The Pre-Construction Phase 

 3. The Procurement Phase 

 During this phase, the project team orders, purchases, or rents all the materials, tools, and services necessary to complete the project.

• Seek multiple bids on scope of work and sit down with you to discuss the pro's and con's of each bid

• Contractor Scheduling. 

• Collect and file all COI's.

•  Progress Reports.

• Clear communication with 

tradesmen and Architects.

• Ensure safety & design against major accident hazards.

• Emergency 24hr response on Electrical and Plumbing.
